Save or print your duplicate bill
IESCOBillDesk · Reviewed 28 October 2026
Open your bill through the checker, then save or print the record on the official website. Check the consumer details and billing month before making a copy.
Save a PDF on a computer
- Enter your account details in the bill checker.
- Review the month, amount and payment deadline on the result.
- Use the page’s print control if it provides one. Otherwise press Ctrl + P on Windows or Command + P on a Mac.
- Choose Save as PDF as the printer destination and check the preview.
- Save the file with a month and year in its name.
Print from a phone
Open your browser menu and look for Print or Share. The exact route depends on your phone and browser. Choose a PDF destination if your device offers it. Confirm that all parts of the bill fit before saving.
Keep a readable copy
Make sure the reference number, amount, due date and barcode remain clear. Avoid cropping away the billing month. Keep the PDF in a private folder because it may contain your home address and consumer details.
Need an older month?
The billing service decides which records it makes available. This site does not keep a customer archive or promise access to earlier months. Save each monthly copy if you need a history. The official FAQs also explain that customer centres can provide duplicate copies.
Check the preview before saving
Select a paper size that keeps the whole bill readable and review every page in the print preview. If a barcode, payable amount or reference is cut off, adjust the scale or page orientation before saving. Turn off browser headers and footers if they cover useful content. Do not shrink the page so much that the printed numbers become difficult to read.
When a phone saves only part of the page
A screenshot captures the visible screen area and can miss information lower down. Use the browser print function where possible. If your browser offers no PDF destination, try opening the result in a browser that supports printing on your device. Keep the original file rather than repeatedly sending a compressed image through messaging apps.
Name files so you can find them later
Use a consistent name such as IESCO-home-2026-10.pdf. Add a short property label when you manage several connections, but avoid putting a full account number or home address into a filename you may share. Keep the receipt for the same month in the same private folder. A saved bill and a payment receipt serve different purposes.
Before printing at a shop
A full bill may show the consumer name, address and account identifier. Send the file only to the person printing it and ask for local copies to be removed when the job is complete. Collect all printed sheets, including spoiled copies. On a shared computer, sign out of any storage account used to transfer the document.
Frequently asked questions
Does a saved PDF prove that I have paid?
No. It records the bill you saved at that time. Keep the transaction receipt from your bank or payment provider separately. If you download the bill before payment, the copy will not change automatically when the billing system later updates.
Do I need a colour printer?
A readable black-and-white copy can preserve the bill details. Check that the reference, amount, deadline and barcode are clear.
Why does my printout have two pages?
Browser scale, margins and paper size can affect pagination. Review the preview and adjust those settings without cutting off information.
Will my saved file update next month?
No. A saved PDF is a copy from that time. Open and save the new billing record separately each month.
Can I rename the PDF?
Yes. Use a clear month and property label so you can distinguish copies. Renaming the file does not change its contents.
