Privacy Policy
IESCOBillDesk · Reviewed 28 October 2026
This policy explains information handled when you browse IESCOBillDesk, use a bill checker or email website feedback. It covers this website; the official billing destination, your bank and other services operate separately.
Bill lookup information
The checker uses the selected supplier, reference number or Customer ID and connection suffix to open a billing request. The number appears in the redirect and destination URLs and may remain in browser history or routine hosting logs. We do not maintain a customer-account database, fetch a copy of the resulting bill into our site or process electricity payments.
Do not enter a CNIC, banking password, OTP or identity document into the checker. Only the account identifier requested by the selected search option is needed. On shared devices, close result tabs and manage saved files and browser history.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand page visits and website usage. Google may process browser, device and interaction information and use cookies or similar identifiers under its own service policies. The Google tag is loaded from Google’s servers.
Our configured page measurements exclude query strings and URL fragments. The account handoff and other noindex pages do not configure Analytics tracking. We do not intentionally send entered reference numbers or Customer IDs as Analytics event parameters. This does not prevent the host or billing destination from processing the request needed to serve their pages.
Hosting and technical logs
The hosting provider may process information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, request time and error details to operate the website. We do not promise that third-party logs are absent or that they use a particular retention period. Account identifiers included in a requested URL can be present in those logs.
Website feedback by email
If you email info@iescobilldesk.com, your email address, message and any attachments are processed through the email service so that the website issue can be reviewed and answered. Send only information relevant to the report. We do not publish private feedback or promise an immediate response.
Messages may be retained as needed to handle the request, follow up on a correction or meet applicable obligations. We have not specified a fixed automatic deletion period. Ask about a message using the same email address where possible, without adding unnecessary identity documents.
Advertising status
This version does not include AdSense advertising code. If advertising is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated before ads are enabled. Advertising services can use cookies and process information differently from website Analytics; future advertising should not be treated as covered by a claim that only Analytics runs today.
Your choices
You can manage cookies and site data in your browser, use browser privacy controls or a tool that blocks Analytics, and use the official billing service directly. Blocking scripts may affect measurement without changing your supplier’s records. Deleting browser data does not remove a file already downloaded or a record held by another provider.
Third-party services and international processing
Google, the hosting and email providers, and the official billing service apply their own policies and may process information in countries other than yours. We do not control their account systems or promise a particular storage location. Review the relevant provider’s privacy information before using its service.
Privacy questions and updates
Contact info@iescobilldesk.com for website privacy questions or requests concerning feedback you sent. Requests to correct electricity-account data must go to the supplier. The date shown on this page identifies its latest content review; material changes will be reflected here.
