Terms and Conditions

IESCOBillDesk · Reviewed 28 October 2026

These terms describe the scope of IESCOBillDesk and the responsibilities involved in using its guidance and bill checkers. Read them together with the Privacy Policy. If this scope does not suit your needs, you can use your supplier’s service directly.

Independent guidance

IESCOBillDesk is not an electricity supplier, payment service or government department. Content explains common billing tasks and does not constitute an account decision, an official tariff quotation or personalised legal or financial advice. Suppliers and PITC remain responsible for the records they issue.

Use the correct account

Use account identifiers belonging to your connection or that you are authorised to use. Check the supplier, consumer details and billing month on any returned record. Do not use this website to collect other people’s account information, bypass service verification or interfere with a provider’s systems.

Third-party results and availability

Submitting a checker opens a separate official destination. That service may be unavailable, require verification or limit access to records. We cannot guarantee an uninterrupted connection, availability of a particular month or retrieval of every bill. A website error is not confirmation that an account has no payable balance.

Payments, deadlines and disputes

No electricity payments are accepted here. Use an authorised payment channel and retain its receipt. Checking, downloading or printing a bill does not confirm payment, extend a deadline or approve installments. A supplier must confirm any correction or revised payment arrangement.

Accuracy and changes

We aim to keep guidance clear and useful, but procedures, tariff notices and contact arrangements can change. Confirm account-specific information with the supplier before acting. Illustrations and worked examples explain a concept and are not issued bills. Content may be corrected, updated or removed as the website develops.

Website content and brand references

Our original explanations and design are provided for use with the website. Company names identify the relevant services and do not imply endorsement. Third-party trademarks and official records remain associated with their respective owners. Do not present copied guidance as an official supplier notice.

Reasonable use and responsibility

Do not submit malicious code, automate disruptive requests, attempt unauthorised access or misrepresent the site as a supplier. Keep downloaded records private and take care when sharing URLs that contain account identifiers. We cannot control the actions of a separate billing system or payment provider.

Limits and applicable rights

The website is provided as available, without a promise of a particular account, financial or service outcome. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. A supplier dispute must follow the relevant supplier or regulatory process rather than a website feedback request.

Questions about these terms

Email info@iescobilldesk.com for questions about the website or these terms. Do not include passwords, identity documents or complete electricity bills. The review date shown above records the latest review of this page.

Frequently asked questions

Is checking a bill proof that I paid?

No. Keep the transaction receipt from your payment provider as evidence of the payment.

Does printing change the due date?

No. Saving or printing a copy does not alter the deadline on the account record.

Is access to older bills guaranteed?

No. The destination service controls which records are available. Keep your own monthly copies.

Who decides a billing dispute?

The responsible supplier must review the account. This website provides general task guidance and cannot decide the dispute.
